Way more often than I’d like I have a family tell me that their session with me is the first time they’ve ever had family portraits done.
It’s one of the main reasons I chose to run a groupon deal and have always tried my best to keep my session prices as low as possible. Because I believe with all my heart that everyone deserves to capture these moments, no matter what their budget may look like.
Our children grow so fast and even we change daily. So to gorgeous “H” family, I hope you enjoy your sneak peek and that having your family pictures finally done wasn’t too terribly painful. It was a joy to do them for you.

One of my favorite little ladies, Miss Hannah, is now a big sister. And he’s perfectly wonderful.
I was so excited when his mommy asked me to come grab a few shots of the little man because, let’s face it, I love babies. Too much.
I’d like you all to meet Mr. Reed.

Even Reed and Hannah’s precious cousin Jak came over to sneak into a few shots.
And by sneak I mean four adults hovered around him begging him to look up and smile. And he did beautifully.

Mommy kept insisting that she didn’t want any pictures of her because..well..she just had a baby. But first of all, Amber, you’re gorgeous. And second of all, I couldn’t not take at least one.

Thank you for hardly crying at all, little man. And for being oh so wonderful and smelling so good.

There are a certain set of skills that are required when you’re trying to capture 5 young boys at once.
They are as follows:
Energy
Love
Patience
A fast camera
In all sincere honesty, I adored spending time with these boys. Even though it was late in the day and unseasonably warm outside they were total pros. And for that, I thank them.

For this one, I almost feel like I should apologize. But seriously, you guys, how could I not post it?
